I'm sure there's a pent up demand because of the total lack of production for the past 24 months.

I don't believe the demand is growing as far as I can see. It's very possible that people have figured out they don't need a new car every 36 months and you just might see people holding onto cars for 4, 5 or 6 years going forward. The cars of today are not the maintenance nightmare they used to be.
