I don't find a reasonable argument for BP and NWBO to diddle daddle for some time horizon to come and go

Ding, Ding, Ding!

There are no time horizons, as some suggest, when you have industry changing technology and someone much bigger wants it. All that is left is for both sides to agree on something. The deeper trials get, the more complicated the numbers. Particularly when they (trials) are very successful.
