Yes, justice is long overdue in our case. Hope we are able to knock down the first domino and spread over the win to all other lawsuits.

Just don’t understand who is managing this whole case in the government side. They knew it is injustice. Don’t they respect private property right at all ? Some should go to jail IMO.

Wondering if the question of the Deferred Tax Assets being used to falsely make F&F look like they were in a death spiral has come up in proceedings? Seems to me this is the epitome of fair dealing?
