Professor Dharan gave Plaintiff Shareholders what has been missing in our legal quest for Justice for almost a decade. By so eloquently and painlessly explaining to the trier of fact what exactly happened here.

Almost all the board members and the long suffering Shareholders know exactly what took place here regarding the theft of our Economic Rights.

But Judges (and most lawyers) do not major in accounting and finance and terms like Deferred Tax Asset and the release of Credit Loss Reserves mean little or anything to them.

Here, Professor Dharan (with fantastic questioning by 'Professor' Hamish Hume) was able to educate the Jurors regular people on just how ridiculous the federal governments overreach is.

MIT and Harvard students are lucky to have him on the faculty and WE are fortunate to perhaps have found the missing link to Justice.
