Exactly - IMHO - It specifically says (on Page 20) in the NioCorp “Presentation” that in Q1 2023 NioCorp expects to issue updated Feasibility Study incorporating rare earth economics.

Working backward in time. Once “Material News” like the results for the L3 Demonstration Plant, NioCorp has 45 days to produce a revised FS.

IF the revised FS is produced in January of 2023, that means the news was released 45 days earlier.

That tells me we will NOT be seeing the results from the L3 Demonstration Plant until sometime in mid-November or around the Thanksgiving timeframe at the earliest.

Too bad I can’t go to my bank and borrow $1 million and estimate that I have $2 million worth of collateral. Then perhaps I can make up for what Mark is doing to me with this SPAC deal. LoL

It might interest you to know that Mark Smith in 2016 on video being interviewed by I believe it was proactive stated that the starting of construction process probably won’t be happening before Christmas because it’s a slow time of year and it would be more likely at the beginning of the next year before the contractor estimates could be calculated.

In all fairness, being that It was Christmas, he probably had Christmas gifts on his mind when he stated that.

Excuse me, but I have to disagree. Jim Sims has announced that he will update us on the progress of each phase of demo testing. To date this has not happened. He has to be measured by that. I don't accept the excuse of the 45 days, because this period only begins after all three test phases have been completed and all the results that have to be incorporated into the new FS are available. If there are reasons preventing him from fulfilling his promise, then he should at least let us know why he is no longer able to keep that promise. Saying nothing does not qualify as a chief communications officer.
