There is obviously a lot going on. I believe that their estimates on timing are just that, estimates. You also have to take into account that the Ontario SEC has some very strict rules about releasing material information. Once material information is released they need to be able to confirm it with independent knowledgeable person confirmation within 45 days or OSEC can halt training or delist the stock. The FS will be the confirmation of the data.
