That is an off take agreement to purchase graphite from a Sri Lanka company, as time goes by you will see many off take agreements as they secure up raw materials outside their own sources and in lue of their mining property in Quebec.

Down the road, people are gonna be Wishing they'd gotten $TORVF shares at .10....much less .07.
And the ones that Do get shares now are gonna be happy as kids at Christmas......lol

Once she breaks out, we'll Never see these prices again.

From what I gather, Ameca will be using the $TORVF new Air Classification tech in their mines in Africa.........will be the first real world test if that amazing Tech.........
