Apparently you didn’t read your own quote. The very fact that it said similarly to actively mamaged funfs is proof that these are not actively managed funds. They are at best run by software, not people who have looked at Lightwave.
Blackrock couldnt care less about Lightwave. Blackrock doesn’t even know who Lightwave is and the quotes you provided prove it. For those of us seeking the truth it is obvious.
