There aren't. Since there are no conv notes. However there are options/warrants that get exercised. The lowest one is .05.....and there's not much left on those.
But my thinking is that people that bought into this company are aware of the potential......and probably would only sell if they really needed the money....lol....
I bet they are all going to hold for some REAL value........cause massive value Does Exist.....lol
