And this is what I been saying all along in a nutshell. Ken is a businessman. He looked deep into this deal before agreeing to the LOI. Tad also got a lessons learned experience with the Puriblood deal. He is not going to put investors through that kind of failed deal again. Im sure he got major assurance on dotting all the I's and crossing all the T's before announcing this deal.

I also think he listened to investors on this board that we wanted a domestic deal. I was very surprised to see we went from a Taiwan deal to dealing with CEO from the Atlanta area.

Good morning - I didn't realize that on picking your hotel room in advance. Very cool. I think of movie theaters and how you can select your seat before the movie. It looks like Ken is using all the technology at his disposal to give people as much comfort as possible. I liked the idea of the robot fetching you a KitKat bar too haha...I'd like to stay at one of these hotels one day.
