Boom!!! I been saying this forever!!! I been pounding the table trying to make people understand this. I am sure Tad and Ken discussed the preliminaries of the audit and this is why Ken moved forward with the LOI!!

I keep telling people we are not going to go through a long grueling due diligence process. This merger is not going to work like other OTC's in the past because those stocks did not have a full audit on deck when they did a merger/acquisition.
