I appreciate you sharing that information! I take this statement:
On August 13, 2021, the Company reached a final twenty-year agreement with a consortium of twenty-one (21) cities throughout Chicago, Illinois to build and operate a variety of smart city projects. As American cities begin to transform their infrastructure, the Company is focused on providing municipalities with the ability to efficiently control and adjust street lighting, monitor activities, provide state-of-the-art communication, enhance security, and manage traffic all while reducing the environment footprint.
to mean that VPER should be the entity receiving payment for these projects. Obviously, they will pay suppliers, etc, but I would expect a substantial amount of top line revenue from this. "the Company" in this statement is VPER, not GSI. Not Apollo Metro. I don't think the GSI acquisition was ever completed. If someone has evidence to the contrary, please share it. Regardless, there was an "audit" that should have come up with 5 locations for a trial. Assuming that was done, they very recently presented a proposal for the entire project. My take is THIS IS GSI, NOT VPER!

Smart City Project: The Village has signed an agreement with Global Services International (GSI) to complete an audit to install new smart city technology that would include but not be limited to LED marketing/advertising monitor and security cameras. The Village is working with GSI to establish five locations to set-up modern smart street technology as a trial.
