First line reads: PRESENTATION:
Global Services International, Inc (GSI) presenting a proposal for Smart City/Smart Pole Infrastructure for the Village of Justice.

Out of frustration I began looking into the Palo Hills "minutes" and hadn't found them, so I searched Village of Justice and this is where I found the entry.

First I was ticked - like who the "F" is Global Services Int. Inc., but then I went to Viper's news articles and saw where they were acquiring them back in 2018. This all correlated with them saying they were starting with these (2) cities and the fact that the Build Back program had finally passed.

Not to happy that they are basically "cloaking" this all under Viper Networks though, little to no transparency of what is going on.

Looking at the financials, I always assumed that Farid somehow was working in the shadows. Things never quite add up, and probably never will. This GSI presentation shows a little bit of what may being going on.

It does appear that they are finally being looked at and getting some traction.

It may be too late though. I see all kinds of lighting and sensors in Upstate NY all around us for past (3) years, and recently traveling through Ohio.
