Making a big deal about the difference between the parent and a subsidy is kind of pointless.

Except she left 4 years before BK and legal charges of EC management, and, had not worked for the parent company that commited fraud on the energy market.

LP was CFO for the EI when it had the Indian bribery scandal

Any hard evidence she did anything wrong ? If not, it's just mudslinging.

I was just posting factual information to clarify "Enron Linda" mis-information/mudslinging.

What was the finding in the IBS? Was anybody fined or jailed. Was there any finding of guilt or culpability?

Links please:

“LP was CFO for the EI when it had the Indian bribery scandal. Sure, she claimed in front of Congress she had no idea where the millions were spent. As always, she is a careful lawyer and knows how to avoid the hard evidence that could trap her.”

CFO of EI is not listed as a job. And it is completely unrelated. She was never, ever entangled in the stuff that happened at Enron. Sorry. Sounds like more of the same false info…

This is Linda’s Powers’ testimony before Congress:

They were known as the GATT Hearings. (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade) The International Competitiveness Task Force of the House Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs Committee reviewed progress being made on the current General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs negotiations and focused on “foreign dumping:” The concern was that foreign financial firms were selling below cost in the the United States.

Nothing about your supposed Indian Bribery Scandal or misspent millions.
