Ignore my last post. The first time I read the filing I skimmed that section and upon rereading I had mischaracterized the section about the use of the proceeds. Anyhow, I’m convinced the money is going to pay off debts. If the owners of SYSX had wanted to steal money they could have just taken off with the ten million in the ethereum they mined rather than bothering with $500k now.
Read this statement from the 8K “ the Company may use such net proceeds for the payment of costs, fees, salaries and benefits in the ordinary course of business with respect to such officers, directors, employees or affiliates).”
