The purchaser has a provision in the filing that the deal is forfeit if the money is used for anything other than SYSX or paying down the debt on SYSX. If the deal is killed, the chances are good that no one is going to buy this shell, the stock price will slowly drop to zero and Bigger Capital will lose the money they put into purchasing 140m shares. If it is Ostendo, Bigger will make a whole lot more money than $500k off of those 140m shares. Feel free to not invest here, however.
