The IR manager told me. "When we have new news to release we will put out a press release, we do not have any news now". So I responded with: "Is the buyout in process now. Are you working on it?". He kept repeating himself and said. "When we have new news to release we will put out a press release, we do not have any news now". In other words he did not want to even hint that a buyout proceedings/negotiations were going on. For all I know maybe yes or maybe no it could all be a scam or it could all be real. Time will tell which one it is.
