If the results were not positive then it is the CEO's responsibility to be accountable for the company. For Missling to hand it off to Stevie Mac tells me that the results are, in fact, positive. In addition, I believe the results will be shown to be above the highest current levels of SOC. Missling giving the mic to Mac is a class move that the whole company will appreciate and this includes all the new hires who are watching closely.
