If the target has a photo of you taped over the bullseye I’d be very careful. You might want to be fitted for a kevlar vest, in camouflage, and douse the lights around the park bench.
Better yet, I’d start rotating which park bench you sleep on, put decoys on the others, or maybe take a prolonged “business” trip!
