The approval process is 2 months for the FDA to review an application to determine if they will accept it. Then 10 months PDUFA standard review. Since NWBO will clearly not have a full application prepared by end of 2022, that means they are very likely to be until 2024. It's not a issue of "experts disagree" it is the standard review timetable of the FDA.
