May 10th wasn’t a “half-a@ssed effort”, as you put it. It was a fantastic, third-party, scientific reveal of some key stats and a preview of what yet needs to be published and released.
Every great story, with a certain set, is always cast as a glass half empty, or worse, a disaster. That is exactly what the Washington Post article, CREW complaint to the SEC and pretty much the entire Federal case dismissal ruling said. Lots of nothing, drummed up as if it is something, but in fact the opposite of the reality.
