First NWBO has to complete an application, hope FDA accepts it and then see if FDA buys the manipulated trial design.

It takes a considerable amount of investment to get to a SoC. Superior clinical trial data (not yet), and have the majority of GBM treating oncologists to be using the treatment as their preferred method.

Let's see if they can actually get an application put together that FDA will accept.
