That's been my sense since the July 8th debacle.

I was holding out hope that the settlement conference could end things, but sadly that didn't happen.

What's crazy is even a worst case scenario (splitting the initial offers on both sides) would be a minor increase in shares (less than 10%), so whatever is going on now has nothing to do with benefiting shareholders.

And I'm sure that has alot to do with George's shitty personality and lack of clarity.
Couple strikes against him. He's made some really bad comments that where misleading. He has lost considerable amount of credibility.
