That's been my sense since the July 8th debacle.

I was holding out hope that the settlement conference could end things, but sadly that didn't happen.

What's crazy is even a worst case scenario (splitting the initial offers on both sides) would be a minor increase in shares (less than 10%), so whatever is going on now has nothing to do with benefiting shareholders.
