Maverick- not to pick on your answer but I believe the first and last statements you attribute to LP are true - she and management “cannot wait” (meaning as colloquially used, “we are very excited”) to share unblinded results and they are working toward release of TLD. The second statement is not absolute but rather conditional and as a prediction must be judged against the task identified.
I am more bothered by silence amid extended delay. But I think the weight of factual evidence is that legitimate business reasons are more likely the motivation than purposeful fraud. IMO. Also, to your comment, I believe that plans change, which at least is a reasonable explanation for the withholding of TLD pending a JA.
