Some sub tests of CDR were fantastic.

The CDR primary endpoint was not met because only a few components of the CDR test were reported on.

If Anavex meant the primary endpoint to cover just some of CDR, they should have specified that in the protocol.

Hence they were not able to claim the primary endpoint was met.

The S1R mRNA correlated with the total CDR-COA score. This statement says nothing about whether 30 mg or 50 mg was significantly better than placebo in the primary endpoint. Anavex has never reported the COA scores for the study.
