Agreed in general. Elon Musk, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates might have something to say about exceptions to general rules and wildcard Linda Powers may have an alternate plan but I agree that has not been her modus operandi. She has rubbed shoulders with some incredible younger leaders in their own fields though and might have a succession plan others would listen to so I don’t rule that out completely. Best wishes.
