no convertibles is the way to go with a technology like this if the CEO is looking out for investors as they build the business..

Watch the options and warrants and see how many they sell after they have been issued or come due, that will be on form 4 or form 5's.. that is a signal on how strong the option holders are on the company

This holding sits in my family trust for the next generation (depending on how the company grows).... can you say long term hold!!!
