Yes, I didn’t get transcript but your summary goes to the heart of the quote from Pazdur a couple years ago. In all speculation, this seems to be getting teed up for global ramp. One would not be able to spend time isolated to one country for more than a number of months, and that means automation has to be quickly on its tail, not to mention interim reimbursement pots will dry up in no time.
Agreed, I thought Professor Ashkan made some excellent points on Pricing/Manufacturing and moving towards a universal system of freezing all tissue samples :-)
