This has already been to the appeals court. This is on remand from the appeals court for trial. Sure, it’s going to be appealed but it will take 12/18 months most likely. The appeals court already heard the case.

I don't believe they can end the conservatorship. Everything from an inability to move to the doctrine that the bureaucracy can only grow is in the way. ST already said it will take congress to end the conservatorship. That is not her answer but the reality of the bureaucracy coupled with the bipartisan will of DC. The only thing that gets done in Washington is social program spending. When does Washington end any power of a bureacracy?

As an investor you look at the entire money picture. We are all here to make money. You may be correct that they will not pay damages out of pocket and appeal. But for me, I am committed here to the end. Just by winning, the pps will skyrocket. I dont mind waiting for an appeal because pps will continue to move up. You trade along the way, get fat and at the end, have a good shot of getting another pot in the damages...all I want is a win...lets start with that and take it from there.
