You are correct in that we are just barely north of 400m currently. I used as a round number for estimate. There will be more Form 4's between now and until we are profitable in Europe so the current number of 403 will go up but you are correct that 500m is very liberal. If you want to divide 3B by current shares of 403M we get 7.44/share. Take care.
