There is NOTHING "pristine" about this stock, considering it was the center of a massive fraud investigated by numerous US alphabet agencies.
Absolutely no one will get involved with this scam as it resulted in a completely disorganized financial situation and outstanding legal issues, including a large monetary judgement against it that remains unpaid. Who would assume that liability?
