Here is one more piece of questionable information. Is anybody reading between the lines here???????? When CURR did the sale to TF TECH, Rob Davidson stepped down as CEO of CURR and Michael Redard stepped down as the CFO of CURR. On September 14, 2022, TF TECH filed a NOTICE OF EXEMPT OFFERING OF SECURITIES with the SEC. Rob Davidson is newly named CEO of TF TECH and Michael Redard is the newly named CFO of TF TECH.
