It was a disaster with Robby boy as CEO of Cure the Corp... so even with Robby boy moving over - that company will be a disaster too.

As for what is left here - I stated many many times ole DILUTIVE Robby basically took Sera Labs Public by wasting shareholder value paying 11MM with much of that being in convertible notes. That drove the share price right into the ground.

Nothing like going from over $5/share to .185 - way to go Robby Boy.
