You are correct in stating that there is no convertible debt. I'm actually in talks with local professors at my University about this product that's about to go into production. Pretty exciting stuff.

$TORVF has ZERO convertible debt. All funding is by checks written by management (one director put in $2M), private placements, options, warrants, etc

I guess we'll find out pretty soon. Good thing is that no matter what, we're figuring out a way to go beyond fossil fuels for everyday transportation. Battery operated vehicles are here to stay.
