These are legitimate countdowns.
These countdowns are created and established by Xeriant itself, and determine Xeriant's value upon when and if their own countdowns result to be satisfied.

Now, here's an array of actual BS Countdowns:
"I can't wait for the truth to be revealed" = BS coundown.
"It won't be long now..." = BS countdown.
"Only time will tell," = BS countdown.
"had the merger happened 12 months ago", "October 22nd, 2021," = was one of last year's BS countdowns.
"I would look for... the Movychem / XERI JV to serve as the primary funding vehicle, thanks to the $250 million NNC deal and others like it." = BS countdown.
In fact, a $250 million NNC deal does not exist, it is not definitive.
"If, in fact, the NNC deal is real..." = LOL! = and = BS countdown.
"an impending $250 million sales contract" can "be totally dismissed" because it is only "impending" and is not definite. Duh!
"Nexboard is going to pull the cart and the horse..." = BS countdown.
TOTAL BULLSHIT = COUNTDOWNS.
