It will be nice if this works as I've been rebuilding a position this month. Five years ago MMM was priced for perfection and today this dividend king is priced for a worst case scenario. No matter the outcome of the appellate ruling this is a lawsuit that will go on for years until it reaches the Supreme Court. In the meantime MMM will continue to raise the dividend slowly and raise additional cash.
