I agree with what you are saying. However, I have a long memory. I remember when Trane was sleeping at SHMP's facilities and everyone talked about the published white paper which is the main reason why the stock took off a few years ago. Trane walked away. I get the company line that it's not the same technology but EC alone was the big answer a few years ago. US Foods is in the food business. They are not in the tech business. Also, companies like US foods and Sysco take on new products all the time. I know that because I know numerous people that work for Sysco. They take on new products all the time. Sysco did business for a short period of time with a small coffee company out of Miami that trades on an OTC Markets. That relationship did not work out well. The contract with US foods is not a confirmation of natural shrimps technology. It is a confirmation that US foods believes that natural Shrimp can deliver shrimp pursuant to orders. That question remains unanswered. We will obviously know the answer to that over the next few months
SHMP has sold a pittance so far of what it claims it can do. And no, that’s not due to ramping up. That’s due to what appears to be their inability to grown consistently sized shrimp over a short enough amount of time that could actually earn them a profit.
