I've been through plenty of dilutive events...but NEVER involving a company with the massive upside of the XERI/Movychem JV. How can an impending $250 million sales contract (just to start) be totally dismissed? I can understand cautious investors waiting on the sidelines until more of the details are revealed and/or the contract is signed, but to totally ignore even the possibility that NexBoards & related Retacell-based products will live up to just a fraction of their potential makes very little sense. (Unless, of course, there is another agenda at work.)
