Three reasons

First, they have a toxic investor who will use the rise and volume to pound thee stock. They owe him 20 that they don't have

Two, the company must prove they can produce the shrimp consistently.

Three, the numbers are very illusive on the PR. What I see is 1000 pounds per week. That equates into about three to $500,000 in sales.
