Because $TORVF is about to go into production, and has the latest Battery Tech on the planet. They are capable of producing batches now, and are engaged in special applications to initially proof their concept.

Then they will go into full production when they start getting orders...

They have Revenue Streams ready to go also....

Revenue Streams:

1. Next Generation Lithium Battery Manufacturing.
2. Graphite Air Classification process leased to Mining Companies.
3. They have Mining assets that can produce Graphite for sale.
4. Also they have rare earth metal mines.

Up until recently, Volt Carbon news or PR's were not published in the USA which is one of the reasons why the North American market is unaware of Volt's acquisition of Solid UltraBattery and the opportunity for investors.


Even SeekingAlpha isn't catching their PR's and is still out date with Volt's PRs.
