BINGO!. Here's where $TORVF shares are at:

Outstanding is 153M
And the Float is 109M.

But there aren't 109M shares out there trading......not even close...lol

Because most shareholders aren't selling...They realize the value of what they have.....they're holding for long term gains.

So THAT's why $TORVF is so thin.......cause I don't even think there are 10M shares out there that are actually being traded.....or are for sale........

100% Correct... there isn't a lot of shares trading right now and no one is really selling that much.... I've had multiple orders set for GTC at a slightly lower price that the current PPS and they're still not filled.... :/
