A signed contract that hasnt been enforce. Why ? Because with all contracts there are caveats, benchmarks and thresh holds. Being non reporting and triple zero S/P and a host of other reasons is why that contract is no longer valid.
Possibly the scope of the contract that is being discussed now is broader than the Total/ERHE contract for EEZ block four....could take a little more time :-)
Couple that up with final discussions on our $$$ dividend and % ownership of the consortium with Total and Quatar for our JDZ/EEZ contribution.....no wonder it's talking a little time.
