Possibly the scope of the contract that is being discussed now is broader than the Total/ERHE contract for EEZ block four....could take a little more time 
Couple that up with final discussions on our $$$ dividend and % ownership of the consortium with Total and Quatar for our JDZ/EEZ contribution.....no wonder it's talking a little time.
