Why does NWBO continue to pour energy and moneys into beefing-up and securing licenses for DCVAX volume manufacturing capabilities if the phase-3 is confounded and a bust and they know it?

The only serious money is g5oing into Advent's manufacturing. Tha is for the exact same reason it was done for Cognate years ago.

The patents cost little to purse and are good to help pump the stock PPS.
