I make some wonderful chocolate cookies. If I take them with me in my golf bag in 85 degree+ F weather, they melt. 72 degree F, on the kitchen counter, they're fine. (they don't pass the high heat test) I know that they'll retain their consistency, at any temp below 85 F and above 32 F.

31 F a little hard

It's actually a very logical assumption to make.
