Dearest tedpeele: If you would have taken the time to go through the AGM video presentation you would have discovered that the modulators are now being tested in real world applications. Go back and listen carefully. I just finished listening to the AGM presentation for the 4th time. The prototypes come from the Foundry(s) back to Lightwave where they are tested. Some of the prototypes are being utilized now in real world applications. If the customer is satisfied with its performance well things move ahead don't they.
