Performing trial analysis' and continuing to run a trial blinded is not fraud. You can even find examples of BP stating they are doing exactly that. Only difference here is that as usual LP huddles up with Max, 99 and the Chief.
A court ruling saying LP did not commit fraud in 2014 does not preclude analysis in 2015,6,7,8 and 19.
