No, they did a PR referencing the subject the year before and discussed their work on the matter extensively at the previous Annual Shareholder’s Meeting. You are not and have not followed this company and the entire subject was discussed by the company and shareholders at least and probably longer than the entire year before that this was in process, how long it would take, that they had hired consultants to do it and we’re hard at work and they indicated at the Annual Shareholder’s Meeting EXPLICITLY that they would not data lock until all 4 regulators had approved the change to the SAP.
But more specifically, these facts have been given to when you and others make these posts during trading hours on various websites and social media REPEATEDLY. To recklessly disregard facts and to constantly post everywhere possible, false information is generally viewed as not good faith, you can verify everything I have said.
Plus the third-party researchers who presented top line data, in every instance, all 3 of them, have further reiterated that the SAP was finalized with the regulators PRIOR to data lock.
So saying, repeatedly, it was post hoc is false.
