FOR DISTRIBUTIONS,IT SHOULD BE A RECORD DATE??.BUT EFFECTIVE DATE IS USUALLY A REORGANIZED COMPANY IS FORMED AND DISTRIBUTIONS ARE DONE ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE AND REORGANIZED COMPANY START WORKING AS A PUBLIC COMPANY.JMO.
